FACILITIES SERVICE & MAINTENANCE MANAGER
California Commercial Maintenance & Construction Company is hiring regional Facilities Service & Maintenance Managers for its Northern California headquarters. Qualified candidates should be outstanding and experienced commercial service/maintenance managers, with verifiable management of a minimum 10 - 12 service technicians. Previous experience should include completing 30 – 50 jobs per day for high profile national accounts with multiple locations. High standards of safety, quality assurance, and productivity are mandatory.
Facilities Service & Maintenance Technicians are needed in the following regional hub:
· Rancho Cordova – oversees Redding to Bakersfield; San Francisco to Reno
Facilities Service & Maintenance Managers with qualified management experience in the following categories will be considered:
- Quick service restaurant service and maintenance
- Fuel station/convenience service and maintenance
- Retail chain store service and maintenance
General Experience Required:
· Strong Plumbing
· General Carpentry
· General Trade Experience
· Light Electrical (preferred)
· Appliance and Food Service Equipment (a plus)
· Strong HVAC/refrigeration
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
OPERATIONS
· Management of all maintenance and preventive maintenance jobs assigned
· Responds to 24/7 emergency coverage as needed
· Assists with call center operations as needed (scheduled)
· Oversees dispatch operations and completion of all service requests
Administration of company database
Administration of work status in customer systems
Complies with customers’ priority matrix requirements
Ensures that all work requests are completed on schedule
· Manages Service Technicians, Subcontractors, and Vendors
Scheduling
Monitors time spent on jobs
Reviews materials purchased
Verifies quality of work performed
· Obtains daily and weekly paperwork
Time sheets/Mileage reports
Receipts/Purchase orders
Customer sign-off forms
INVOICE PREPARATION
· Prepares invoices for completed self-performed, subcontractor, and vendor work
· Accounts for all costs before assembling invoices
· Provides invoices to client with approved profit mark-up
· Updates company databases with internal costs and invoice amounts
INVENTORY AND VEHICLE MANAGEMENT
· Purchases parts/supplies for inventory
· Manages inventory physically (in warehouse)
· Manages inventory administratively
Processing (forms, receipts)
Accounting (purchase orders, receiving, invoicing, pricing)
· Conducts bi-monthly inventory count (vehicles and warehouse)
· Maintains proper tracking of loaner equipment
· Manages vehicle operation, maintenance, and repair

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Personnel are expected to perform repetitive physical tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling of material/product and standing throughout each shift.
Candidates with computer experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office software and Outlook - a must.
Candidates must have valid California Driver License and clean driving record. All final candidates will be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report and Criminal Background Check prior to hiring.
