 Overview


 


Leading provider of profitability and customer retention analytics for the banking and credit union sector is seeking an experienced Sales Professional.  As a member of our sales organization, you will receive leads from the marketing team and will be responsible for engaging the prospect from identification through execution of contract. 


 


We use a systematic sales process and expect the candidates to be skilled in one or more professional selling models.  In addition to support from the marketing team, the executive leadership is committed to your success.  You will have pre-sales support from our services experts, throughout the sales process. 


 


The successful candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working in a collegial, yet dynamic environment. 


 


Requirements:


·         Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in a multi-state territory.


·         Skilled in professional sales processes and capable of delivering presentations to both small and large groups of executives.


·         Skilled listener who can engage business leaders at banks and credit unions in discussions that uncover business opportunities both near and longer term.


·         Ability to articulate the value of various SAAS solutions to clients.


·         Attain a bookings/revenue goal, while maintaining an accurate and stable pipeline that will continue to deliver run rates needed to sustain territory.


·         Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.



 


Qualifications:


·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, equivalent work experience will be considered.


·         Five or more years experience in sales environment, preferably in banking, credit union, or related financial institution markets, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the business to business SAAS industry.


·         Excellent analytical skills to understand the customer, their business and technology issues and needs.


·         Applicants must possess strong written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills. 


·         PC literacy, including MS Office, Outlook and CRM or SFA software.


·         A proven record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas, revenue projections and objectives.
