NOW HIRING SALES / BRANCH MANAGERS

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• 
  
  Meet monthly revenue, expense, operations, and marketing goals


• 
  
  Manage all branch activities and their quality


• 
  
  Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with full-time staff to discuss goals and action plans


• 
  
  Manage Center P&L and overall finances


• 
  
  Manage and maintain peak closing and client retention rates


• 
  
  Develop local marketing plans to increase presence in the community and increase client volume

Characteristics and basic requirements of the successful candidate include:

• 
  
  BA/BS Minimum


• 
  
  Sales and management experience in a service industry preferred


• 
  
  Direct communicator


• 
  
  Strong written and oral communication skills


• 
  
  High energy level


• 
  
  Strong sense of urgency


• 
  
  Effective organizational and follow-up skills


• 
  
  Evening and weekend availability
