Responsibilities

The Sales Associate is responsible for taking a leadership role in the sales office by leading one or more specific high-level sales efforts such as: pre-deposit phone sales, pre-deposit retention, Pre-Residency Financial Interview process, 10 & contracts, back-up sales appointments. In this leadership role the Sales Associate will have individual responsibility for specific community sales goals and will be expected to perform as a high-level seasoned sales professional. As the example of a seasoned sales professional they demonstrate a polished sales image, customer-focused attitude and sales-focused behaviors. The Sales Associate will meet or exceed sales-related goals.

This role will also be is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, coordinating and executing a sales event program that is customer-focused, offers positive experiences for guests, and inspires the customer to move thru the sales process appropriately. The sales event program must demonstrate the value of the Erickson lifestyle, showcase the community in a positive way and produce measurable sales results. The Sales Associate is responsible for the overall effectiveness and success of every sales event and for keeping the event program customer-focused and results-focused.

Qualifications

- Two or more years of proven sales skills and experience
- A bachelors degree preferred
- Team leader, project leader or leadership experience preferred
- Marketing experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Two or more years of event planning experience is needed
- Knowledge of creating and executing sales events
