The Stamford Town Center is one of America's super-regional shopping centers. Stamford Town Center has been serving the Fairfield County Area since its grand opening in 1982 and features more over 100 fine shops and restaurants. If you are self motivated with proven results in outside sales and would like to be part of this exciting mall, we have an immediate opportunity available for a Specialty Leasing Agent. The Specialty Leasing Agent (SLA) is responsible for the production of revenue from Retail Merchandising Units (RMU's), long-term and short-term Kiosks, vending and temporary in-line stores (TILS). The Specialty Leasing Agent is also responsible for acievement of RMU occupancy and profit margin goals (through expense management). Responsible for the daily management of the specialty leasing program at Stamford Town Center. The SLA is responsible for the ongoing leasing of common area program and all available TILS through creative, unique retail concepts which are complimentary to the center's tenant offering. The SLA implements, enforces and maintains strong visual merchandising of program including but not limited to common area program and TILS. This frequently requires communication with Planning and Design and Store Planning and Design to achieve desired outcome. This position requires frequent travel to NYC, CT, locally and out of state.
