DYNAMIC COMPANY SEARCHING FOR AN ELITE BUILDING MATERIALS SALES MANAGER BASED IN SOUTHERN LOUISIANA TO TAKE THE COMPANY’S BUILDING PRODUCTS SALES FORCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL. (POSITION COULD BE HOME-BASED IN SOUTHERN LA)
MUST HAVE’s:
- BUILDING MATERIALS EXPERIENCE SELLING AND SERVICING CONTRACTORS AND BUILDERS.
- SOLID EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND SALES MANAGEMENT.
- MUST HAVE A TRACK RECORD OF SALES ACHIEVEMENT AND DEVELOPING SALES REPRESENTATIVES.
- EXPERIENCE IN SETTING SALES GOALS AND GUIDING A SALES FORCE TO EXCEED THE CHALLENGES IN THE MARKETPLACE.
- EXPERIENCED IN BUILDING A SALES FORCE OF TRUE SALES PROFESSIONALS.
- SKILLED AND ABILITY TO PROVIDE ADVANCED SALES TRAINING METHODS THAT WILL ELEVATE THE SALES STAFF TO NEWER LEVELS OF PERFORMANCE.
PREFERRED:- PREFER COLLEGE DEGREE, BUT SOLID EXPERIENCE IS KEY.
- MUST HAVE BUILDING MATERIALS INDUSTRY INEXPERIENCE.
- SOLID BACKGROUND IN SALES AND SALES MANAGEMENT
- SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE COUPLED WITH PREVIOUS OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE WOULD BE A PLUS.
- INSTALLED SALES PROGRAMS EXPERIENCE WOULD BE A PLUS.
