First Sterling, a prestigious real estate investment firm specializing in affordable multifamily housing and owning over 600 properties nationwide, seeks a seasoned deal maker with sales expertise to originate and close transactions in commercial multifamily real estate and expand our existing sales territory. Ideal candidate has sales experience and the ability to build relationships and form partnerships with top development professionals. Ability to communicate professionally and persuasively within the real estate community is key. Candidate should be self-motivated with strong relationship building and selling skills along with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment. Must have a proven track record of success. An established network of real estate contacts is a major plus. Experience in commercial real estate preferred but not required. Report to directly to principals and work alongside our dynamic team and senior acquisition officers.

Chosen candidates will enjoy a generous base salary plus an excellent incentive package.

Requirements:

  BA/BS degree, preferably in finance, real estate, business


• 
  
  Graduate degree a plus


• 
  
  Real estate experience


• 
  
  3+ years sales experience selling to clients or services, building relationships Demonstrated track record


• 
  
  Professional sales training a plus


• 
  
  Minimum performance/quote experience


• 
  
  Must be willing to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
