Job Purpose:

Increases sales by developing and maintaining sales contacts. 

Support sales representatives and sales process. 

This position has a lot of room for growth.

Duties:

* Implement sales promotion by distributing materials - calling customers and cold calling.

* International experience helpful.

* Develops sales opportunities; determining appropriate approach.

* Develops sales promotion materials by determining design concept and content.

* Produces sales promotion materials by contracting with vendors; coordinating production.

* Work with outside media consultant and handle all aspects of advertising.

* Duties include answering the phone 2 to 3 hours per day, but a lot of room for growth, phones are not a permanent part of this position.

* Maintain and update sales databases.

* Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications; Need Excellent Excel, Access, and Word skills.

* Work closely with outside sales representatives and customers.

* Provide administrative and special project support. 

* Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Fluent in Spainish a plus,  Coordination, Teamwork, Promotions, Customer Focus, Creativity, Concept Development, Tracking Budget Expenses, Sales Planning, Initiative, Understanding the Customer
