SAP Application Development Lead
Job description
SAP ABAP Senior Developers to lead the development teams in the design, development, testing, and release of the SAP software. Candidates must have ABAP WRICEF experience across multiple SAP components including working knowledge of PI, HTML, XML, Portal design and Adobe. They will need to put together various strategy documents that serve as guidelines for the development effort. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and tutoring staff. This person may also be responsible for integration testing phases of the project and test problem resolution of custom development. Duties will include but are not limited to: Manage the development process efficiently. Coding as necessary for the project deliverables. Responsible for the custom development transport process and transport issue resolution. Manage on-site & off site developers. Functional Specification Document Delivery Tracking. Technical Specification Document Delivery Tracking and Development Delivery Tracking. Test Problem Report (TPR) Resolution and Tracking. Provide Development Effort Estimates. Implementing Development Scope Change Requests

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 3 years experience in AP ABAP Senior Developers to lead the development teams in the design, development, testing, and release of the SAP software
- At least 4 years experience in an SAP ABAP development role
- At least 3 years experience in managing a team of between 5-30 (onsite and off site developers)
- Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
- English: Basic knowledge
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years experience in AP ABAP Senior Developers to lead the development teams in the design, development, testing, and release of the SAP software
- At least 6 years experience in an SAP ABAP development role
- At least 5 years experience in managing a team of between 5-30 (onsite and off site developers)
- English : Intermediate
