Ergon, Inc., a privately held Petroleum Company located in Flowood, Mississippi is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for our Corporate IT staff. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions in a manufacturing and sales environment. The core responsibility for this person will be to develop, manage, and enhance the current data warehouse and business intelligence reporting solutions for the company. In addition, this person will conduct periodic training of *power users* on the data warehouse reporting tools and technology.

We are looking for technical expertise in SAP BI and Business Objects as well as someone who can work closely with all business units to translate user needs into easy-to-use information reporting tools. We need a person who can implement Business Intelligence tools as a member of a core SAP systems management team. Bachelor*s Degree in Business or Computer Science, plus 3 years experience specifically with SAP BI and/or Business Objects in a manufacturing and sales environment is required.
