This opportunity is within the McKesson Specialty Care Solutions, a division of McKesson Corporation, which offers integrated programs and customized services for manufacturers. McKesson Specialty Care Solutions has the unique expertise and experience to deliver the services manufacturers, payors and providers need to ensure specialty drugs, coordinated reimbursement, and clinical services are available to patients with complex diseases.

Current Need

Person to design, develop, test and implement BW reporting and interface solutions based on business requirements and existing BW implementations; to develop InfoObjects, Extractors, Data Cubes, etc. as well as prepare and transport objects into various environments; to monitor, maintain and support data loads, extracts and updates; and to provide user support that best serves the needs of McKesson Specialty Care Solutions, its customers, and employees.

Position Description

Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years experience with Data warehousing, data modeling, testing, data analysis and reporting. Prefer 4-6 years of SAP BW/BI experience developing reports and related documentation and training; including the creation and maintenance of data objects for all BW/BI reporting structures including but not limited to InfoObjects, InfoCubes, and InfoProviders. ABAP/4 - ECC 6.0 knowledge a plus.

Minimum Requirements

4+ years experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
