| SAP BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST - CRM
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work with key business users to design and implement system and process improvements in the functional areas listed above • Provide day to day support for users of the SAP CRM and SAP Enterprise Portal systems • Support middleware between SAP CRM and SAP ERP systems • Develop and test B2B for POS and design registration processing with distributors • Work with other Business Analysts and Developers to ensure that the CRM application successfully interfaces with SAP ERP, BW, and Portal systems • Provide backup support for other SAP Business Analysts, supporting other SAP systems
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • 4-year degree required • BS in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience implementing and supporting SAP CRM • Experience implementing and supporting the SAP Enterprise Portal • Experience managing commercial software implementation projects involving both functional business users and IS/IT analysts • Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SAP CRM • Significant expertise in implementing and supporting SAP CRM Channel Management • CRM experience in the fab-less semiconductor industry
