Hallmark Cards has an immediate opening for an SAP Business Team Lead in our Kansas City headquarters. The SAP Business/Functional Pricing Lead is responsible for providing functional and configuration knowledge in implementing SAP solutions in various modules of SAP.  The position involves understanding new business strategies, providing recommendations for automated solutions to support new strategies and implementing the proposed solutions with predetermined resources, budgets, and timelines.

 In this position you will:

• Work with business areas to understand problems and requirements; recommend solutions and develop specifications when appropriate.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
• Work with the business to identify, plan and build business cases for SAP implementation project in the identified module area (SD).
• Work with business and IT team members to implement the solutions, including blueprint, configuration, testing, training, and post-implement support across all sub-modules.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues.
• Support PMO activities including issue management, project status, and change control.
• Facilitate team meeting and discussions in various project phases and work with external consultants
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices; providing conceptual and detailed designs.
• Conform to design work and integration testing procedures, change control procedures, procedures, and practices in performing required work.
• Understanding of implementation methodologies and procedures.
• Provide mentoring for SAP support analysts and other business team members.
