SAP EAI Tech Developer


This position requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience


Minimum of 4 years of PI/XI experience


9 years of experience in middleware


Duties and Responsibilities (including all essential job functions):


Development and Implementation of XI/PI Netweaver 7.1 Implementation of Seeburger Adapter Provide guidance, and give focus to best practices, development standards


Provide expertise with (SOA) Security Oriented Architecture and how it integrates Prepare documentation on landscape of SAP/PI_XI/Interfaces Java development


Critical Knowledge and experience in the following areas are assets:


- Experience in Seeburger EDI adapter (required) and BIC mapping (nice to have)


- Experience in the usage of third-party adapters, and configuring BPM (Business Process Management) interfaces


- Proficient in all areas of ABAP development especially interfaces


- Experience in PI 7.1


- Knowledge or experience of Process Integration 7.1 (SOA Middleware)


- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite


- Web Services, Soap/Proxy adaptersoInterface mapping


Critical Skills:


- NetWeaver XI/PI Certification (optional)


- Seeburger Certified (optional)


- Able to drive to a project plan and execute to meet deadlines


- Possess excellent communications, negotiation and problem-solving skills


- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment


- Ability to work with a diverse set of individuals


- Ability to run effective meetings/workshops.


- Exceptional listening, understanding and team building skills.


- Comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment


- Proactive self-starter


- Exposure to large SAP projects.


- DOD project experience (recommended, but not required)
