Job Requirements
4-6 years of SAP CRM 5.0/2007/7.0 implementation experience in High-tech and Life Sciences industry with key focus on Web Channel and Partner Chanel Management processes. The candidate understands and/or challenges the functional requirements of SAP Customer Relationship Management in the areas of Sales, Service, Marketing or Partner Channel Management in either Consumer Products or High-Tech industry. You will work with the client's SAP project team to design the blueprint from business requirements and/or recommend alternatives to improve processes. With your knowledge and experience, you would serve as a subject matter expert in SAP CRM processes and collaborate with client in the development and implementation of business transformation solutions. You will work with client's project team from blueprinting to configuration, through various testing phases to system go-live. You should have strong working experience of SAP in configuration and process design in either as a business user or system integrator for CRM processes with the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality. The additional experience and understanding of integration with SAP ECC-SD will be required. The primary responsibilities are the following: Define and manage projects, especially functionally aligned workstreams (e.g. resource requirements and project workflow) to meet engagement objectives and budget Drive the project effort in your workstream, develop approach to manage staffing, tasks, timetables, and deliverables Provide client with expertise on business process design, utilize and apply best practices on projects, leverage experience and consultation with other experts in the firm or industry; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture Be hands on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process design documents such as business process procedures, business process master list (BPML), to-be functional design, baseline configurations (IMG), process maps, testing scenarios, integration and user acceptance tests,) to ensure they meet project objectives Manage project financials including budgets, timely billing and collection
