SAP HCM Benefits Consultant (Jan 2010)

In support of our continued profitable growth, we need to expand our SAP team and are looking to hire an experienced SAP HCM Benefits functional consultant for a January 2010 start date. We are seeking a proven consultant who own significant SAP industry experience and solid functional knowledge.

 
Requirements:
 
- Must have 5+ years of SAP HCM/HR configuration experience with a consulting support background.
 
- Must have completed at least 3 full-cycle SAP HCM Benefits implementations.
 
- Must have the ability to assume responsibility for all phases of an SAP HCM implementation including project preparation, requirements gathering and analysis, Business Blueprint, realization/configuration, Go-Live and post-production support under multiple deadlines.
 
- Must be strong on module interaction, with solid understanding of how HCM Benefits integrates with other SAP modules.
 
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
 
- Must have excellent communication skills, strong business experience, and outstanding end-user interaction.
 
- Public Sector experience strongly desired.
- Must be able to use and have knowledge of ASAP Methodology.
 
- Must be willing to travel to our project site weekly.
