SAP Help Desk Analyst
Consultant will provide telephone support for SAP and related technologies. Consultant will be expected to meet and exceed department goals such as resolving 60% of service calls on first contact, attain 85% customer satisfaction ratings, achieve documentation and phone evaluation scores of 90%. Consultant must be able to take, thoroughly troubleshoot and document troubleshooting steps for 30 - 60 calls per day.
Shift will be 11am-7:30pm
Location: Niles, IL
1. Working knowledge of SAP (min 1 year)
2. Experience in the Help Desk Area
3. Experience with application support (understanding how the end user uses the application to be able to troubleshoot effectively)
4. At least 1 year working knowledge of Microsoft application.
5. At least 1 year working knowledge of PC hardware
