POSITION SUMMARY:    Responsible for managing multiple projects that lead towards an improvement in our information security posture. Responsible for planning and execution of a portfolio of projects across the enterprise, leveraging both direct reporting and matrixed staff. Must identify and resolve resource conflicts and to provide program status updates to the organization in terms of cost, schedule and risk as well as operational and compliance metrics. Serve as a change agent for continuous improvement through enhanced methodologies, visibility and communication.

MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
1. Coordinates and prioritizes resources across projects.
2. Manage interdependencies between projects and the overall schedule, cost and risks of the program
3. Demonstrates leadership and people skills to lead, direct, influence, and motivate team personnel and promote constructive relations among internal and external customers.
4. Ability to assess organizational needs and adapt Program Management practices accordingly.
5. Performs the formal review and signoff process on all critical project/program artifacts.
6. Identifies, investigates, evaluates and manages conflict and risk at project and business levels.
7. Evaluates and assigns accurate statuses on Programs for Senior Management.
8. Ensures clarity of roles on all projects/programs under his/her supervision.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Education:
Bachelor’s degree & 8 years experience or Masters Degree & 6 years experience.
Candidates for this positon must be US Citizens

Professional Qualifications:
Value Based Six Sigma Greenbelt
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent required
CISA Certification required, ITIL Foundation background

Experience:
Eight years of progressively more responsible project management experience.
Experience with MS office tools such as MS Project
Experience managing, supporting, protecting enterprise infrastructure
