Description:

SAP Program Manager

You will drive the requirements and processes for the SAP production environment, focusing on reliability, scalability and supportability and facilitate the quarterly SAP change management process.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Persistently improve upon the processes to deliver a stable production environment in the most efficient manner.
  • Evaluate and document complex business problems, options analysis and detailed system requirements.
  • Effectively communicate technical and business problems in a non-technical manner.
  • Review business requirements and analysis, participation in functional specification reviews and test plan reviews, unit testing and implementing changes into production.
  • Understand and improve processes/interfaces with SAP's upstream and downstream applications.
  • Deliver excellent service and support to internal business customers and partners.
  • Monitor progress against service level agreements.
  • Ensure each reported problem is resolved in a timely manner, tracked according to standards and escalated as appropriate.
  • Solve medium to high complexity issues and communicate problem resolution and additional information to customer groups, project teams and other IT support groups.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with Business and IT teams to deliver reliable, supportable business solutions.
  • Significantly contribute to the SAP knowledgebase.
  • Work independently within established guidelines and procedures.
  • Extended support coverage outside of normal work hours may be required.

Requirements:

The SAP Program Manager must have experience in the following:


  • Program Management (PM)
  • Human Resource (HR) SAP
  • US Payrolls (PY)
  • Time Management (TM)
  • Knowledgeable of Schemas
  • Taxes
  • Strong communication skills
