People within Application Outsourcing are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  As part of our Application Outsourcing team, you could be helping to provide the programming, management and maintenance services needed to implement and support installations of both custom and packaged application software

The SAP SD Business Analyst will work on a strategic client within Accenture's Client Operations-Application Outsourcing workgroup. The Business Analyst will work in a high-performing work environment to provide business analyst functions to support SAP SD.  Functions include resolving complex business user issues, managing change requests through the systems development life-cycle, and building and managing client business user relationships.  The business analyst is also responsible for working directly with Level 2 support located in Turin, Italy.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to develop logical steps to resolution.

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • 3 years experience supporting SAP, especially financial, procure-to-pay, or sales and distribution modules
  • 2 years experience working with business users

 

Preferred Skills

 

  • SAP R/3 Financial, Procure-to-pay or Sales and Distribution modules
  • Technical exposure to end-user support tool like IBM EZ Service and/or Solution Manager

 

Professional Skill Requirements

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to develop logical steps to resolution
  • Ability to understand, communicate, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to multitask
