< BackSAP - Techno/Functional - SAP FI Consultant
CONNECTICUT-STAMFORD
A major trading company is urgently looking for an SAP FI consultant. It will be your responsibility to work closely with the Finance team to oversee the SAP processes of the company and take accountability for system availability, global support, application development and project management. The daily responsibilities will include developing custom SAP solutions, reports, interfaces, requirement gathering, analysis and design, implementing solutions, and testing.
This is a hands-on role, but you must also have the ability to come up with solutions and take the lead in this area. You will constant interaction with the Finance team, so good communiction skills will be key.
Requirements:
*Minimum experience MUST include the following modules:
- General Ledger module
- Profit Center Accounting module
- Accounts Payable module
*Strong HANDS-ON SAP ABAP skills
*Understanding of full SAP development life cycle
*Experience integrating SAP with third party applications (document management systems, spreadsheets, etc.)
*Experience setting up background scheduled processes
*Excellent communication skills - there will be constant communication with the Finance team
This is an urgent requirement with excellent compensation. This is a contract role, with the possibility to eventually become a permanent employee.
