Position Responsibilities:
- Manages all analytic aspects of e-mail and direct mail campaigns, including targeting, data extraction, top-line reporting and backend analysis
- Performing analyses of clients’ current direct marketing initiatives to identify key insights and opportunities
- Presentation of findings, including recommendations to agency and client organizations
- Assist in the ongoing development of predictive models and post initiative analysis
Education Required
College degree required, MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience with Campaign Tools (e.g., Unica Campaign)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of reporting metrics utilized in direct mail and e-mail campaigns
• Proficiency with querying tools (e.g. SAS, Access, SQL), Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• The ability to work well with multiple levels of client and agency management
• Exposure to any business intelligence, decision support tools (Cognos, Business Objects, E-Piphany, Brio, White Light, etc.)
• Experience with customer relationship programs is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of database structures, and data presentation skills are required
• Ability to work within a project team environment
• Ability to conduct analyses with relative autonomy
• Ability to think about data strategically
• Strong/persuasive communication skills
• Knowledge of statistics and predictive modeling is a plus
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in finance, direct marketing or planning, as well as experience in data analysis and written and oral presentation of results. Must be able to pass a technical interview
