SCOM 2007 Administrator
a. Statement of Work: SCOM 2007 Administrator
1. Comprehensive technical knowledge of Windows 2003 Active Directory to include OU Infrastructures, global groups, group policy, and distribution groups.
2. Comprehensive technical knowledge of designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and System Center Operations Manager.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft SQL
4. Knowledge of using SCOM to monitor Business Processes.
5. Examples of items to monitor in the environment: Wintel Servers, Linux Servers, UNIX-AIX Servers, Cisco switches, routers, MVOS, etc.
6. Experience creating Network Operation Center Displays, alerts on various business processes.
b. Deliverable:
1. Work with client technical staff to implement the SCOM infrastructure approved by client management
2. Work with client technical staff to create a project plan for implementing the approved SCOM design.
3. Complete all tasks identified for project that are required to complete a SCOM implementation.
4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience automating SCOM operations, maintenance, and reporting through the use of active server pages, WMI, WSH scripting, Perl, and HTML.
5. Develop management packs using SCOM technologies.
MANDATORY:

Selected candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and National Agency Check to obtain a security clearance to work on client site.
