This is a seasonal position that is planned to start around December 1, 2009.  It is a 90 day position through Peapod - not a temporary agency. There is a possibility of being offered a regular, full-time position at the end of the seasonal contract, but this is not a guarantee. You could be offered a permanent, Part-Time position at the end of the assignment.

As a driver, you’ll drive a van with an automatic step and be provided with uniforms, maps, a GPS unit and all the tools you’ll need to succeed.  Full time positions available for the following shift: 

• Second Shift:  1:00pm until about 11:00pm (must work until all deliveries are completed)

Requirements:

• Ability and willingness to occasionally work at our locations in Chicago Ridge, IL and Milwaukee, WI.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record and ability to safely drive a truck.
• Ability to carry totes filled with groceries into customers' homes.
• Ability to pas a D.O.T. physical and drug test.
• Clean-cut appearance.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Drivers must be 21 years old.
• No special driver's licenses needed - though previous on the job truck driving experience is required.
