Position Description

SEC / External Financial Reporting

Vaco Resources, a national project consulting firm, provides the highest quality, senior-level financial and accounting professionals on an interim and project basis. Currently, we are seeking consultants for our Richmond, VA office with the following experience:

Finance and accounting professionals to fill immediate SEC Reporting opening. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience plus three or more of the following:

- SEC reporting experience in a Fortune 500 environment.
- Preparation of 10-Q and 10-K, MD&A and footnotes.
- CPA preferred.
- Big 4 experience a plus.

Associates must demonstrate technical proficiency and expertise in their field, possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and have a desire to deliver exceptional client service.
