Job Description
The SEC Senior Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of Form 10-K and 10-Q filings and providing support for the quarterly earnings release process. The ideal candidate has current experience with SEC rules and regulations, a strong knowledge of GAAP, and the ability to take ownership over certain areas of the SEC reporting process. Responsibilities: Assist with the interim and annual SEC reporting process. This includes the preparation of Forms 10-Q and 10-K. Assist with the preparation of other SEC filings, such as Form 8-K, as required. Analyze new and proposed accounting standards issued by the SEC and the FASB to determine disclosure implications Stay abreast of changes in the Company and the industry to ensure that their impacts are properly reflected in the Companys SEC filings and other deliverables. Assist with the review of quarterly earnings releases. As necessary, assist in special projects, such as technical accounting research and process improvements. |
