JOB DESCRIPTION
CDI ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS HAS MULTIPLE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION TO BE LOCATED AT OUR CLIENT SITE IN ANCHORAGE, ALASKA.
SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST:
Responsibilities
• Support advancements in client's Work Management programs and processes
• Perform as a Subject Matter Expert for work management processes, Supply Chan processes, surveillance and inspection processes, and associates asset management processes
• Develop and deliver Projects and Programs in support of OMS practices
• Develop and delivers training programs and Web Based Training related
• Apply performance management to program/project delivery and business program results
• Delivers training to Planners, MTLs, Technicians, Functional groups and other O&M staff
• Steward Application software configuration and alignment to business processes and programs for asset management, work management, supply chain, and performance reporting
• Significant field coaching related to the above
• Foster alignment to common processes such as OMS and the Common Maintenance Strategy
Experience & Knowledge
• Experience with Business process design, consulting, implementation and support experience with both PassPort EAM, Maximo work management and SAP
• Experience as a Project Manager and BP CVP process
• experience in an O&M business environment
• experience designing and implementing performance management
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs in support of maintenance management and supply chain practices in an PSM based environment
• Knowledgeable in client's OMS, CMS, IM programs shaping our work management disciplines
• Ability to manage culture change related to improving business practices
• Ability to specify and accept delivery of technical solutions in support of the above business change objectives
