We are seeking the following experienced candidate for our Baltimore, MD facility:

    SENIOR CONTROLS MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

This position is responsible for overseeing and resolving day-to-day packaging and processing equipment controls systems problems using root cause, 4M, 5W & 2H and other analysis tools.  In addition, provide leadership to eliminate machinery automation and controls losses (A&C); drive control systems standardization to support cost effective operations and reliability.

Education, Experience and Training Requirements:

•          Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Packaging A&C Engineering

•          Three to five years of Engineering Experience

•          Technical expertise to include:

•          FAT, TPM, NEC, OSHA and Validation processes

•          Packaging and Machine Motion Engineering

•          Processing Engineering and Systems Thinking

•          Platform – Packaging Controls & Automation Engineering

•          Machinery Reliability Principles

•          Technical Root Cause Problem-Solving
