TradeStation Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst whose responsibilities will include planning and forecasting operating results, analyzing monthly financial results and trends, and preparing corporate budgets/forecasts/outlooks. This individual will also work on special projects and treasury management.  Duties to be performed include, but are not limited to,  preparing and reviewing reports for senior management, developing and creating new financial reports, creating and updating the financial models used in corporate budgeting/forecasting, financial projection analysis, special projects (i.e., serving analysis needs of departments as they arise) and day-to-day treasury management.  This individual will be responsible for maximizing yields on the Company’s investments and ensuring compliance with the Company’s approved investment guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm or publicly-owned corporation.  The person must be a highly-motivated self-starter and a team player willing to take on responsibility. Must be able to work and effectively communicate with all levels of management.  The individual will have sound technical experience in financial analysis as well as good verbal and writing skills.  Advanced Excel skills are required and SSRS working knowledge is preferred.
