We are currently seeking a Sr. Lead Accountant in our Accounting and Assurance Department. Engagements will vary in size and scope and may include the participation of managers and partners. The responsibilities of the Sr. Lead Accountant will include:

°      Preparation of GAAP financial statements

°    Preparation of business and individual tax returns

°     Tax planning for businesses and individuals

°     Planning, directing and reviewing work of staff accountants

°     Training and mentoring of staff accountants

°     Developing direct relationships with existing and prospective clients

°     Marketing of firm services to existing and prospective clients

The successful candidate will be expected to become a trusted advisor to our clients and therefore should possess the following skills and experience:

°     Current Ohio CPA license

°     5 – 7 years of current public accounting experience

°     Thorough knowledge of GAAP and experience preparing financial statements

°     Experience preparing complex business and individual tax returns

°     The ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects

°     Experience directing and mentoring staff accountants

°     The ability to anticipate our clients’ needs and expectations
