My client is looking for an individual with Project Management and Senior Project Management Experience with large scale Capital Construction Projects in the $50MM - $250MM range.
Background Requirements:
· BSME or BSEE
· MS Preferred
· MBA Preferred
· PMP Certification Preferred
· 10 Years of Project Management and / or Senior Project Management is desired
· Experience building or constructing large industrial facilities or manufacturing facilities is preferred
· Experience constructing facilities in the Power Generation, Heavy Industrial, Steel Processing, Water / Wastewater, Airport Construction, Pulp and Paper, etc. is highly desired
Scope of the Position:
· Report to the Director of VP of Project Management
· Assume Complete Responsibility for management and completion of projects from Conception to and through Completion
· Manage Project P&L
· Assume responsibility for leading and coordinating all aspects of project management including the hiring and terminating of project personnel, awarding contracts, managing customer relationships, developing and managing timelines, etc.
Offering:
Base Salary of $105,000 - $140,000
