SENIOR PROPOSAL MANAGER

TYBRIN is in need of an experienced Senior Proposal Manager in Fort Walton Beach, FL to oversee and lead TYBRIN's proposal management team in the initiation, development, and completion of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and associated products, such as statements of capabilities, white papers, briefings, etc.

The individual selected will report to the Vice President, Corporate Planning and be the proposal management focal point, hence providing a corporate leadership role in the preparation of fully responsive and compliant proposals. Duties include effectively planning and managing the proposal management team efforts required for producing winning proposals to enable TYBRIN to grow and diversify its business base. Proposal efforts include priming, subbing and task order opportunities.

Education Desired/Required:

  • While a Master's degree is highly desired, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required - preferably in one of the following areas: Journalism, English, Technical Communications, Information Technology, Engineering, or Marketing.
Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 15 years experience in the DoD procurement proposal environment is required, with responsibilities for writing and preparing proposals and experience leading proposal teams and managing proposals with contract values of $20M or more.
**Some travel may be required.**
