A very exciting, privately held solar energy company, located in San Jose, CA needs,IMMEDIATELY, several Senior Solar Engineers.
These Senior Solar Engineers' education and background will include the following:
- MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Material Science;
- Minimum of three years of closely related, hands-on experience;
- Experience in some, or most of the following areas:
- Polymer coating operations;
- Coating and curing processes;
- Development of epitaxial growth and fabrication processes;
- Design of epitaxial structures for III - V optoelectronic (solar cells, LED's,
lasers, etc.) and microwave devices;
- Design of microfabrication processes for III - V and silicon based devices;
- Silicon solar cell processing and / or research;
- Solar modules, to support pilot manufacturing;
- Thin film photovoltaic manufacturing;
- Photovoltaic module process improvement;
- Automated sensors;
- Control systems of automated machines;
- Design and develop vacuum components and systems.
