About the Job
We’ve decided to go organic (in a not so green sort of way). Well, actually, we decided to do this a while ago but now we really need someone to punch it up for us. Logic Marketing is looking for an SEO Manager to lead a team of developers and editors to raise the organic rankings for our clients. We need someone who will create and lead all SEO projects, help manage accounts, oversee all facets of reporting and has a strong knowledge of SEO web design. Essential Functions:
- Lead the traffic syndication and traffic generating strategies related to organic search engine traffic for various clients
- Create and lead all SEO projects to ensure uniformity and best practices are adopted
- Drive strategic, analytical, and revenue generating traffic in projects related to organic search
- Oversee all facets of reporting, measuring, and segmenting of existing search related traffic and rankings, as well as site analytics and metrics
- Proactively identify and lead the business and technical requirements related to all SEO related projects
- Responsible for building and effectively leading the SEO team
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
Skills Required:
- Strong capacity for financial modeling and category segmentation to highlight and communicate actionable opportunities is essential
- Extensive background in optimization techniques involving sites, making heavy use of PHP
- Strong knowledge of web design, layout, and the principles for sound SEO design is essential
- Strong leadership skills and the uncanny ability to apply forward thinking to the way SEO is defined and executed
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong business ethics; be reliable and dependable
Experience Required:
A minimum of 5-7 years experience directly managing and leading search engine optimization campaigns in a corporate environment
