OnTrack Staffing is recruiting for a SGML XML Programmer in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.  Job duties and descriptions are listed below.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Analyzes, reviews, and rewrites programs, using workflow chart and diagram, applying knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, and symbolic logic

·         Converts detailed logical flow chart to language processible by computer

·         Resolves symbolic formulations, prepares flow charts and block diagrams, and encodes resultant equations for processing

·         Develops programs from workflow charts or diagrams, considering computer storage capacity, speed, and intended use of output data.

·         Compiles and writes documentation of program development and subsequent revisions

·         Revises revision of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

·         Consults with managerial and engineering and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.

·         Writes instructions to guide operating personnel during production runs

·         Prepares records and reports.

EXPERIENCE

·         Experience controlling computer functions by using programs, setting up functions, writing software, or otherwise communicating with computer systems.

·         Experience in providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawing or specifications to inform others about how devices, parts, or structures are to be modified, maintained or used.

·         Applicant will need JAVA experience.

EDUCATION

·         AA/AS degree with 6-10 years of relevant contracting or financial experience (or equivalent)

·         BA/BS degree with 4-7 years of relevant contracting or financial experience (or equivalent)

·         MA/MS  degree with 2-4 years of relevant contracting or financial experience (or equivalent)
