We are seeking experienced SMT Inspectors and Operators to work for our client in the Winchester, MA. These are long term temporary positions on the 1st (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday).
You will be responsible for:
Performing visual inspection on surface mounted printed circuit boards.
Identifying quality defects as may occur during the SMT assembly process.
Maintaining a product inspection rate consistent with that which is designated by the shift supervisor.
Understanding of soldering acceptability guidelines and component values as outlined in the ANSI/IPC-A-610 A standard.
Experience, Skills and Education:
- 3-5 years experience in inspection of SMT printed circuit board assemblies
- ANSI/IPC-A-610A (latest revision) is required
- Ability to work from samples, drawings, process sheets and written and/or verbal instructions
- Ability to inspect intricate small pieced circuitry
- Basic computer skills are required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
