Westchester-based ADL Data Systems is seeking bright, enthusiastic  professionals with long term care or hospital billing experience to support and train financial software products powered by Microsoft Dynamics AX. This is NOT a hardware/network support position and we are NOT looking for someone with hardware or network support experience. We ARE looking for people who understand billing and financial issues associated with long term care, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care.

• Successful candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX accounting/financial software.  A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business is a plus and preferred.
• Microsoft Certification in Dynamics AX “Business Essentials” is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in a skilled nursing facility or hospital is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. You must be articulate, confident, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. A creative approach to problem solving and the ability to take situations in stride will help you succeed in this position.

Duties include:
• Learning to train and troubleshoot ADL Windows-based financial applications powered by Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Providing telephone hotline support for a nationwide network of users
• Analyzing errors/problems to determine probable causes and solutions
• Onsite visits to clients throughout the country for setup and training. Out of town, overnight travel is required
• Additional responsibilities may include development of seminar materials and presentations at company sponsored seminars.
