We are looking for an experienced SQA Deployment Lead for a position located in Greenbelt, MD. US Citizenship is required. Must pass a background check

Job Responsibilities include:

• Test and validate deployment of SQA applications, monitoring applications, and initial account development
  
• Assist with initial support of users in utilizing applications
  
• Troubleshoot SQA deployment issues
  
• Validate all SQA deployment applications are deployed on time and to plan
  
• Assisting with development of daily and weekly SQA deployment reporting activities, working with a Site Deployment Manager
  
• Assisting with OTDR3 deployment activities at site and central
  
• Capture and provide input to the lessons learned activities

Job Requirements include:

• Contact center deployment experience preferred
  
• Application testing experience preferred
  
• Inbound /or outbound operational experience in a contact center environment preferred
  
• Experience with an SQA tool preferred
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Detail oriented
  
• Strong interpersonal skills working in a team environment
  
• Troubleshooting skills
  
• Self starter with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
