RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a production support position. Almost no code development work involved.
SKILLS:
• 4+ yrs experience with MS SQL Server
• SQL 2000 & 2005
• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot daily backups. Source Code Management Systems
• Configure and manage SQL Server security, integrated with Active Directory where required.
• Manage SQL Server login IDs and object permissions.
• Schedule and manage SQL maintenance jobs. DTS packages. T-SQL tuning and trouble shooting.
• Install and configure SQL Server software, server instances, databases, including standalone and clustered servers
• On call 24/7 with medium to heavy evening and weekend support.
