Microsoft SQL Database Administrator will be responsible:
* Supporting, maintaining, and administering Microsoft SQL 2000, 2005, 2008 databases
* Setting up, testing, and performing backups of Microsoft SQL 2000, 2005, 2008 servers
* Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum (3) years of hands-on experience administering, maintaining, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the security and integrity of Microsoft SQL 2000, 2005 and 2008 databases; knowledge of a Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory environment. Candidates must be proactive and able to work under pressure to troubleshoot applications and SQL servers issues. MCP Windows 2000/2003 preferred. Candidates who are familiar or have experience in document management applications, CRM applications, VMware, ESX, and MOM & VERITAS Netback up are preferred. MCSE certification is also preferred.
