SQL, SharePoint, C#, Web Applications Developer

Job Description:
This is a contract opportunity for a Developer with SQL Server and SharePoint experience. To be successful in this role you will need great ability to work with ambiguity, self governing, a strong business sense, cross-team collaboration skills, customer focus, and an undying passion for service excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering and the product team to establish holistic and actionable Quality of Service (QoS) measurements, team performance metrics, service KPIs
  
• Establish efficiency measures that enable continual measurement and improvement of Incident, Service and Support of the service
  
• Manage delivery schedules and self triage work backlog
  
• Work with leadership to establish business reporting and measurements that reflect the COGS impact of operational programs and service changes
  
• Deliver "best of breed" service automation, business intelligence and reporting systems

• 5+ years related work experience as a Developer
  
• Excellent coding skills with SQL Server and SharePoint services
  
• Experience with web-based application development
  
• Excellent coding skills in C#
  
• Passion for solving hard problems
  
• Proven track record for shipping quality software on time
  
• Ability to work within multi-disciplined teams to solve hard problems
  
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
