SR ANALYST - MS EXCHANGE DESIGN/ARCHITECT

Currently, we are seeking an experienced ITS Senior Analyst II to support the Exchange Messaging environment in the Neenah, Wisconsin office.
As a senior member of the Communication Services team, the candidate will lead small to medium sized projects or serve as senior team members on large projects, applying an expert level of know-how to strategic direction of programs and projects. Sr. Analysts work with Business Partner Consultants to analyze, develop, and recommend IT solutions as well as executing all phases of solution development activities. Candidates are recognized for understanding the application of technology and the ability to effectively interface with a broad range of team members.
Sr. Analysts report to a Team Leader, Manager, or Senior Manager and may take functional work direction from a Sr. Analyst II. May also assist with project supervision of Analyst III and below or contracted personnel.
Job Accountabilities include the following:
1. Lead large projects or a number of smaller projects, in a timely, diligent, and professional manner to accomplish the objectives within prescribed scope and schedule.
2. Adapt and apply advanced skill in the use of project management techniques and methodology to meet project requirements.
3. Coach and mentor other team members and monitor staff effectiveness.
4. Exhibit an expert understanding of the functional or technical disciplines to identify opportunities to leverage information technology to achieve business objectives and assist in deployment.
5. Demonstrate effective client and peer relationships and become recognized as a credible partner in determining information technology solutions that meet business goals.
6. Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects in support of K-C’s state-of-the-art, global messaging environment with some cross platform unified messaging design and support.
Design and implementation of infrastructure to support and improve K-C’s state-of-the-art, global messaging, mobility and unified communication environment
Work with SMTP, Microsoft Exchange Server, email firewall, mass email marketing, secure business partner email, electronic fax, instant messaging and mobility applications
Use project lifecycle methodology to develop project plans, charters, budgetary estimates, and telephony documentation
Communicate effectively with messaging clients and IT teams to become recognized as a credible resource in determining infrastructure solutions that achieve desired business results
Lead major project implementations including project team resources
Interact with K-C’s delivery partner in supporting critical incidents and Tier 3-4 engineering tasks
Contribute to the development of corporate email and mobility policies and best-practice recommendations
Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree with 7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated skills or 9–11 or more years of applied experience with demonstrated skills in IT related field. Candidate should have experience supporting at least 25+ exchange servers in multiple site locations.
Prior experience as messaging design/architect of Microsoft Exchange Server environment
Knowledge of Sharepoint and Active Directory
Experience working in a global or similarly structured organization
Knowledge of infrastructure technologies
Experience in program and project management
Knowledge of business competitive landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with email firewall, mass email marketing, secure business partner email, electronic fax, instant messaging and mobility applications
Masters degree and/or MSCE certification
Knowledge of vendor relationship management
