SENIOR DIRECTOR, FINANCE #1233011
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will be responsible for leading operations finance in a major area of the company (P&L, Sales and Marketing, R&D, or Manufacturing)
- Building and leading an operations finance team to drive business results in a major area of the company.
- Will matrix to one or more direct reports to the CEO and report to the Vice President of Operations Finance.
Requirements:
- Track record of partnering with and influencing executives
- Experience building advanced financial models (pricing, market elasticity, manufacturing optimization, negotiation/valuation, should cost, etc) and using these models to drive improved business results
- Strong demonstrated track record of driving business results and partnering with executives on strategy and operations
- Strong communicator, works well in a very open team environment
- Track record of driving efficiency and streamlining business and financial processes
- Leadership and development of highly skilled financial teams
- 10+ years experience in operations finance or FP&A functions. MBA preferred. Technology company experience preferred.
- Experience in managing staff
- Proficiency with SAP
