For this oppt'y the company strongly desires an MBA.  This is a growing company in the analytical instrumentation field.  The Senior Director, National Field Service, will develop & manage a 3 year strategic service plan.  Must have national service management experience with an excellent statistic & metrics background.  This position has the potential to develop into a VP Sales & Service position, so service sales/marketing experience would be a plus.  Manage a business unit that has approx 130 people and $30 million in service revenue.  Must have the ability to grow the service unit into a stand-alone business.  Need to be strong in strategic planning, be data driven, have the ability to drive the business utilizing reports & statistics, and be able to provide 1-3-5 years assessments.  Company will pay all interview and relocation expenses.  Need to be either a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident with excellent communication skills.  Will be required to pass a thorough background check, DMV Check, and drug screen.
