SSC - AP CHECK PROCESSOR

The AP Check Processor will process On Demand Check requests while meeting all Service Level Agreements and in compliance with AutoNation policies.
Primary Job Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
o Process on-demand check requests including generic, titles, lien payoffs, dealer trades, vehicle purchases
o Process Electronic Funds Transfers for lien payoffs
o Provide backup for the AP clerk
o Resolve issues through email and phone when there are check request discrepancies
o Work with the AP Check Processor Lead to resolve Help Desk issues
o Work with the AP Check Processor Lead to clear items from the Venali | | | | Required Experience | Minimum Qualifications:
o Problem solving skills
o Ability to multi-task with good time management skills
o Computer skills
o Ability to produce a high volume of work while still maintaining accuracy
o Ability to meet strict deadlines
o Must be highly organized; have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
o Team player with effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
o Minimum 2 years dealership experience preferred
o Dealership experience
o AP experience
