Dollar General seeks an Attorney to work in a fast-paced environment in our Goodlettsville, Tennessee Store Support Center.  The ideal candidate should have experience in contractual/transactional matters, with the solid ability to draft and negotiate a variety of business contracts and give legal counsel.  The candidate must be able to communicate articulately and persuasively to individuals both within and outside the company.  

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school is required.
  


• At least two years' corporate/contract experience necessary.
  


• Large firm or in-house experience is considered a plus. 
  


• Knowledge of the retail industry and/or regulatory matters is helpful, but not required.
  


• Strong writing skills and the ability to interact in a personal and effective manner is required.
  

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience, with bonus potential.
