Currently we are seeking Software Engineers to work in our ISS Division
( http://www.scires.com/divisions/iss.htm ) in beautiful, historic Charleston, SC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in daily operations of Software Support Activity (SSA) for Tactical Switching (TSw) Project.
- Responsible for tracking software vulnerabilities in Online Compliance Reporting System and notifying appropriate personnel in order to keep systems in compliance.
- Ensure the various programs of record under TSw purview are updated in Navy’s OCRS database.
- Update TSw SSA internal databases (DADMS, IAVM, WARRANTY) in support of the various projects to ensure operational systems are in compliance with DON policies and procedures.
- Assist in creation/updates of SSA Process Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) utilized within TSw program.
- Ensure systems are compliant with CMMI guidelines.
- The candidate shall be highly motivated, self starting, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance.
DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- One year experience in a CM related position a big plus.
- MS Windows/ Cisco network products experience a big plus.
