Safety Agent

Central Transport, Inc. is in search of a Safety Agent for their General Office in Warren, MI. We are looking for an articulate, highly motivated, and detail oriented associate who will be a member of our Safety department.

Position Responsibilities:

• Shift: 1900 – 0400


• Dispatch and coordinate any overnight hazardous material chemical spills


• Monitor the purchase of recoup drums and supplies for terminals handling chemicals


• Assist Driver Log Auditor


• Assist with driver files and submitting electronic requests for background checks and missing documents


• Data entry for employment verifications

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


• Proficiency in MS Office applications


• Self-motivation


• High detail orientation


• Problem solving skills
