B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field or equivalent experience. Five or more years experience as a safety professional in heavy civil construction, wastewater projects, Hazardous Materials and Incident Response and OSHA HAZWOPER., beneficial but not necessary30 Hour OSHA certification.Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite 2000, PowerPointExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

This position will review for content, construction activities as they pertain for design drawings, coordinate field change requests, oversee for the owner field construction activities for various field programs. Coordinate with additional reviewers as needed for field support as needed Maintain and track construction progress, field change requests Review and comment on contractors' Construction Safety and Health Plan as the impact the program. Coordinate with various Construction Managers for Health and Safety considerations. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Safety Reports.
