



UDS Independent Living Services provides in-home personal care to people with disabilities and the elderly. We are currently in search of a Mentor to provide training and mentoring to our personal care attendants. Duties include providing on-site training of personal care techniques of bathing, range of motion, dressing, meal preparation and transferring, making safety recommendations that maintain and ensure safe working environments, providing classroom trainings, conducting work-related accident investigations, preparing documentation, and a member of the Safety Committee.
High School diploma or GED required. Advanced training in personal care tasks such as CNA, LPN or other healthcare related field required with a minimum of two years experience in personal care of individuals with physical disabilities required. Previous experience in providing training required. Safety education background helpful. Travel required to a 4-county service area.
